Lead and support the Project Management Team, responsible for delivering new Pronto Pilates studios throughout Australasia. This role focuses on leadership, coordination, and quality control — ensuring every studio project is managed effectively. Act as a key link between the Director of Global Construction & Supply Chain, the Project Managers, and our national fit-out partner. Provide oversight, guidance, and structure to keep projects on track.

Lead the nationwide mobilization and execution of multiple construction projects across the Corporate Services portfolio. Responsible for developing and implementing the construction management program from the ground up—defining processes, establishing governance, identifying and deploying project management teams, and selecting tools and systems to drive operational excellence.

The Director of Cafe Development will oversee all aspects of construction across the growing portfolio of cafes and facilities, including new cafes and renovations. They will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the high quality standards of Blue Bottle Coffee, while working cross functionally with real estate, design, facilities and operations teams.
